At Richelle’s Trunk Princess Boutique, we are here to serve you. If you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do whatever we can to try and make it better! However, we do not offer refunds, we will be glad to give you an exchange or store credit.
Please review our simple Return Policy and remember if you have any questions, you can always contact us!
• All returns must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
• Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and the tags must still be attached.
• Include your original receipt, and circle the names of the items you wish to return.
• Refunds can only be issued in the form of an online store credit.
• Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, we made a shipping boo-boo.
• Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
Exchanges: Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can’t guarantee an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you a store credit, and if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your store credit to purchase that item. Yay!
Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window
